Packet Forwarding Software Engineer role at HPE's Bengaluru office. Develops software enhancements and new products, troubleshoots and debugs software programs. Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for systems software, including operating systems, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in Programming, OS Concepts & Networking concepts
• Strong OS concepts in Linux
• Good programming skills in C, C++
• Strong Networking fundamentals i.e., data plane / L2, L3 Forwarding, ACL (Access Control List), Firewall
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills
