Pre Sales System Engineer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Pre Sales System Engineer to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. The role involves providing technical expertise in designing networking solutions, consulting customers on end-to-end technical designs, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have 6-12 years of experience in Networking, Presales, or Solution Engineering roles and strong expertise in at least one key networking domain.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in Networking, Presales, or Solution Engineering roles
• Strong expertise in at least one key networking domain (AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center, or Routing)
• Experience designing end-to-end networking solutions for enterprise customers
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to conduct workshops and technical presentations
• Ability to solve common to moderately complex technical problems independently
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams
• Capability to exercise independent judgment and, where needed, guide junior team members
