We are looking for a Private Cloud AI Customer Engineer to support customers with hands-on support during the first three months post-purchase, provide informal product training, and conduct regular cadence calls. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes, Python, and cloud architectures, as well as strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
