Procurement Buyer Specialist

The Procurement Buyer Specialist role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. The primary objective of this role is to provide best-in-class Global Procurement customer experience to our clients while maximizing the value of their budget returns.

Requirements

• First level university degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain function
• Understanding of procurement processes, industry, and suppliers
• Basic analytical skills
• Knowledge of business application tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Basic Project Management skills
• Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills; basic influencing skills
• Mastery in English and local language
• Ability to create a contract using standard company contract templates with supervision
