Software Engineer - C/C++ & Networking

We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and evolution of the highly scalable networking platform for HPE's PTX Series Routers Packet Forwarding team. The role involves developing Packet Forwarding Features for PTX Series Routers, designing and implementing complex algorithms, and working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BS in CS with 3 years of work experience
• MS degree is a plus
• In-depth understanding of IP routing/forwarding and networking concepts
• Strong C/C++ programming & debugging skills, minimum 3+ years
• Good understanding of system architecture for network processor based products
• Strong fundamental computer science skills like algorithms, data structures, operating systems
• Hands on experience in Linux
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good team player with right attitude
