Solution Support Engineer

We are seeking a Solution Support Engineer to provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience with leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• Technical knowledge of Telco and excellent English skills
• Ability to develop scripts (Python, Bash) to automate repetitive diagnostic tasks or system health checks
• Foundational knowledge of Core Network topologies (4G/5G) and the interdependencies of high-availability systems
• Ability to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence
