As an Analyst at HexDigital, you will review disputed claims of AMEX card holders, analyze complex information, and make sound decisions. You will work in a team environment and be responsible for delivering customer and shareholder metrics. You will also analyze customer demands and recommend changes in workflows and procedures to ensure quality service.
