As a Business Analyst, you will analyze performance indicator trends, develop strategies to improve service levels, and lead implementation to maintain abandon rates. You will also ensure service levels are met and troubleshoot issues in HexDigital’s inbound phone shops.
This role requires a graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the service industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive high productivity and sustained performance. Applicants with workforce management related background will be given preference.
