Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing a team of analytical employees, managing contact and capacity management, real-time monitoring, BCP, ID and access management. The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to drive high productivity, and sustained performance.

What You Will Do

Manage team of analytical employees, monitor real-time activities, manage inventory, aging, service levels, abandon rates, and penetration rates. Interface with analysts, team leaders, and other members of management.
