Role Overview

Drive special projects, manage programs, and provide guidance and advice to business leaders and HR teams. Collaborate with teams to drive outcomes and provide management information to senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end projects, track market intelligence, provide recommendations for benefit program changes, and contribute to design and implementation of new initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of core C&B experience, high customer focus, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in change-orientated organizations and deep knowledge of HR and employee engagement in India is a plus.
