Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our SCRUM product development teams as part of our growing Engineering organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and / or development processes, preferably as Engineering Manager or Product Owner
- Proven experience and profound knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and mindset of agile software development
- Strong understanding of software development and architectural principles
- Very good communication skills, including being clear and compassionate at the same time
- Experience in setting up and managing team KPIs for performance and operational efficiency
- Open mindset and readiness to take risks, sees chances and trusts in change while listening to those who call attention to potential risks
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
