Role Overview

Join the Commerce Systems team as a Business Analyst to drive tangible and measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Reporting to Senior Manager, Commerce Operations, you will interact with key business teams and support the improvement and extension of our commerce system capabilities.

What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst, responsibilities include business analysis, change management, and process improvement. You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translate requirements into clear system requirements, and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes, workflow, and administrative optimizations
