Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst provides analytical support to the assigned program, collaborating with stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making and reporting on program performance. This role is contingent upon the successful award of a contract to our organization.

What You Will Do

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to small business participation, subcontracting, and program outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for weekly, monthly, and semiannual deliverables.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required). Must be able to work in a professional office environment and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, economics, public policy data analytics, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal acquisition analysis or industrial base analysis
• Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required)
