
Job description
Serves as a liaison between the Business and IT to provide solution to their business needs; Understands customers objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities.
Develops business requirements through analysis on business activities, industry trends and sponsor requests; Performs impact analysis of business process changes/enhancements across the organization; Supports users in building Business Case and development of a high level plan.
Requires 4+ years Financial, Product, Sales, Service or systems experience; Life underwriting experience preferred; May require occasional traveling.
