Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an entry-level motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The position requires developing business requirements, working closely with business subject matter experts, and acting as a liaison between the business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decisions.
- Work closely with the business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements
- Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high level information into details.
- Act as liaison between the business and technology teams.
- Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
- Perform high level testing in coordination with the detailed testing by quality assurance teams.
- Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams.
