Job Description
The Operations Intern will work directly with the General Manager and site leadership to gain hands-on exposure to all functional areas of plant operations, supporting real business initiatives and participating in a structured training program.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in manufacturing operations and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to learn and gain hands-on experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
