Production Operator

To perform activities regarding compounding, weighing, mixing, processing of materials and safe operation of equipment throughout the facility.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year manufacturing experience
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Good computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Ability to visually identify color differences in finished goods
• Good cooperation and collaboration skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• High degree of concentration with attention to detail
• Ability to manage demands and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Ability to interact well with all personality types
