Job Description
We are a growing company looking for a Junior Sales Manager who can identify new business opportunities, approach potential customers, and build new customer projects. You will be responsible for researching and identifying target customers, approaching decision-makers, and building a qualified sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Interest in B2B sales and new customer acquisition
- Communication skills and the fun of talking to people
- First experiences in sales, telesales, or customer service are an advantage
- Independent and structured work approach
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Secure handling of digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email)
