Job Description
We're looking for a self-sufficient Facilities Service Desk Officer to handle incoming facilities-related reports and resolve them. You'll work independently but enjoy being part of a team, handling reports from start to finish, and maintaining contact with colleagues and suppliers.
Requirements
- Hospitable and communicatively skilled
- Able to work independently but enjoy being part of a team
- Relevant work experience from a service-oriented role
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time and maintain an overview of all ongoing reports
- Experience with FMIS systems
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
