We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with strong technical knowledge and hard services expertise to join our team as Technical Facility Manager.

Requirements

• Experienced Facility Manager with strong technical knowledge and hard services expertise
• Ability to work with and for the Municipality of Nijmegen
• Ability to manage a parcel of community property, urban development, and cultural property
• Ability to balance compliance with legislation and regulations, customer satisfaction, maintenance, and sustainability
