Service Engineer (m/f/d) - Cold End

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team and drive growth in the field of inspection technologies. The role involves building strong customer relationships, managing projects from initial inquiry to completion, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in commissioning, parameterization, and maintenance of glass inspection machines in the cold-end environment
• Good knowledge of optical measurement technology and automated inspection and testing systems
• Basic knowledge of computer and network technology
• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical systems
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• High willingness to travel internationally (worldwide)
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Confident appearance in an international customer environment
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across internal departments and customers
