Job Description
HeyGen is seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to build and scale their foundational compute infrastructure powering AI models. This role focuses on optimizing GPU utilization, building scalable frameworks, enhancing observability, and accelerating pipelines for fast iteration on generative video models. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale MLOps, AI infrastructure, and HPC systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-time industry experience in MLOps, AI infrastructure, or HPC systems.
- Experience with data frameworks like Ray, Apache Spark, LanceDB.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with Kubernetes and Ray.
