Job Description
HeyJobs is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the recruitment market with its AI-based job platform. As a Product Engineer, you will be part of the Recruiter Product team and will design, build, and continuously advance the B2B-facing side of the marketplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in software engineering
- Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, as well as TypeScript or JavaScript
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Solid understanding of web development
- Experience leveraging AI tools
- Strong interest in product ownership
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
