Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
