Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support for the Executive Director and other department leaders, with responsibilities including typing letters, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and providing reception services.

Requirements

• Exceptional internal and external communication skills including reading, writing and conversing in English
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
