Concierge- Lead

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide excellent hospitality and perform general clerical and light administrative duties, ensuring residents’ privacy, rights, and safety are maintained.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
