Concierge / Receptionist

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide support in the care and protection of residents in Residential Living, while ensuring resident’s privacy and rights are maintained. The Concierge coordinates guest services, disseminates information, and performs general clerical duties.

Requirements

• One year experience working with elderly requiring memory support
• Three years’ clerical experience
• Computer skills using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software
