Requirements
- Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of experience, or a High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or not-for-profit environments
- A consultative, service-oriented mindset — you care about helping people succeed and building trusted relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
