Manage end-to-end Human Resource and Administrative functions at a project site, ensuring timely manpower deployment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and efficient site administration.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Preferably in Human Resources, Commerce, or Law)
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management (preferred)
- Certificate in Labour Law / Industrial Relations / Contract Labour Management, Certification in HR Operations, SAP HR / HRMS tools (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws
- Hands-on experience in statutory compliance documentation and contractor management
- Administrative planning (accommodation, utilities, canteen, etc.)
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, payroll coordination
- Familiarity with safety, security, and welfare requirements at remote sites
