We are looking for a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain team in Almere. The role involves planning and coordinating supply with external manufacturing partners, ensuring product availability while balancing service levels, inventory, and costs.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or a similar supply chain role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners and complex supply networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear plans and actions.
- Experience with planning tools and ERP systems, including experience as a key user; knowledge of Slimstock and Microsoft F&SCM is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage improvement initiatives or projects within the supply chain.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to operate across functions and levels.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English.
