Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build our employer branding, manage the recruitment process, and attract top talent for our Dutch vacancies. You will work in a compact HR team and have the freedom to learn and experiment.
Requirements
- Recruitment DNA and a marketing heart
- Experience in recruitment
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Curiosity and ability to analyze data
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and advise managers
