Job Description
HGC Industries is a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing gaskets, sealing surfaces, and stamping. As an Operator, your primary responsibility is to support the mission and Core Values of HGC by setting up presses, learning all required functions, operating the press at maximum speed, and meeting quality count and rate requirements.
Requirements
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to efficiently manage priorities and tasks based on importance
