Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician for HHHunt's Abberly Skye apartments, providing quality services and products to residents, with a focus on customer service and community involvement.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a service technician or related field
• Demonstrated experience in eight technical areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, and Swimming Pools
• EPA 608 Type I & II certification
• Valid CPO certification
• CAMT designation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a smart device and a computer with organizational tracking systems
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions
