As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in executing digital campaigns, managing event operations, maintaining marketing systems, and translating performance data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Experience working in CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) with the ability to manage campaign tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing workstreams and deadlines with limited oversight.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, paired with the judgment to apply them thoughtfully and responsibly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel; candidates should expect to attend at least 1–2 events per quarter.
