Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey from the first contact to invoicing and follow-up, selling spare parts, receiving and shipping spare parts, planning and scheduling workshop jobs, handling incoming calls and emails, and proactively contacting customers to book inspections and services.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with PC systems
• Experience working with business systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, social, and cooperative skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Mature personality with cultural sensitivity
• Ability to see the “big picture” while solving day-to-day operational challenges
• Sales-oriented mindset with focus on upselling opportunities
• Valid forklift driver’s license
• Fluent in Danish
• Spoken level English
