Associate Corporate Counsel

Hibu is a leading provider of technology-driven, integrated digital marketing solutions for America's small to medium-sized businesses. We're looking for an experienced attorney to join us as our Associate Counsel, reporting to our General Counsel.

Requirements

• 4-6 years' experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Contracts, Employment, Litigation and Claims, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Other Regulatory
