Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including client-facing or advisory roles
• Advanced Power BI expertise — semantic modeling, DAX, report development, deployment pipelines
• Working knowledge of data extraction and processing — SQL, dbt, or Spark
• Practical use of AI tools — hands-on experience using LLM-based tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance the speed and quality of your analytical and consulting work
• Strong business acumen — you understand how businesses operate, how decisions get made, and how to frame data in terms of commercial impact
• Exceptional communication skills — able to lead high-level client discussions on data analytics solutions
• Structured, analytical thinking — you approach complex, ambiguous problems with a clear framework and an eye for what matters
• Client ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, manage expectations proactively, and build long-term trust
