Job Description
The Employee Benefits Unit Supervisor oversees assigned team, ensures adherence to agency procedures, and serves as liaison between producers and team staff. The role involves supervisory responsibilities, core responsibilities, and essential tasks including reporting, workload administration, client and industry awareness, mentorship, training, and communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Employee Health and Life License (Active)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Agency Management System (AMS) is acceptable
