Job Description
Heart of House is seeking team members for its growing hospitality group. They focus on creating efficient and high-quality service in an on-site restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, managing inventory, and plating entrees. The role is customer-facing, but supportive of operational systems.
Requirements
- Prepare, cook, and plate food to standards
- Follow recipes and adjust based on guest requests
- Ensure quality and food safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Follow instructions in English
- Knowledge of service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
