Server

We are looking for team members who want to be a part of a growing hospitality group. Our Server's primary focus is to create dining experiences worth celebrating which in turn create loyalty. This role involves taking food and beverage orders accurately, delivering them in a timely manner, and making sure the needs of the guests are met.

Requirements

• Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and engage in conversation
• Be knowledgeable about food and beverage options and present them in an informational, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
• Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or additional requests and inform managers as needed
• Practice safe food and bag handling and cleanliness at all times
• Encourage contactless payment in brands where it is available or collect and accurately process guest payments by handling money, making necessary changes, and processing credit card transactions
• Bus tables and ensure table is guest ready for next guest
• Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor
