Job Description
The Pharmacy Manager oversees the FQHC operations and management for a particular pharmacy, fostering a culture of compliance, patient-centered care, and organizational mission alignment. They will lead the staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and delivery drivers at the pharmacy and ensure efficient workflows, proper segregation of 340B transactions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- College degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Current license from the State Board of Pharmacy
- Previous pharmacy management experience (preferred but not required)
- CPR Certification
