Finance Director

Our Client: An important international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Director to lead the financial and operational integration of new business units, ensure reporting under international standards and optimize the financial function as a key business partner.

Requirements

• Lead the financial integration (end-to-end) by managing the consolidation of processes, systems and the financial team structure.
• Identify and execute financial and operational synergies.
• Ensure the correct execution of accounting and tax planning, ensuring strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for reporting to the parent company.
• Supervise the accounting and tax closing process, external audits and the issuance of management reports (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Direct the complete cycle of FP&A: annual budgeting, forecasting and analysis of variations, ensuring the correct feeding of information to the corporate system.
• Manage the treasury (relationship with banks, investments, Cash Flow) and the optimization of Working Capital (accounts receivable, inventory).
• Act as a Business Partner of the Management, actively participating in the analysis of profitability, pricing and business cases (including product launches), and be willing to get involved in the daily operational work (accounting and Supply Chain in the future).
