The Cannabis Budtender is responsible for delivering world-class customer service while driving sales through personalized product recommendations and effective upselling techniques. The role involves guiding customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing cannabis products that align with their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices
• Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21 years of age or older
