C3 Industries is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its High Profile Cannabis Shop. The successful candidate will assist in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain repeat customers, drive sales growth, and deliver a best-in-class customer service experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years retail management experience or equivalent
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- Experience with POS and inventory management systems
- Ability to open and close the store independently
