Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Lead for our High Profile Cannabis Shop. The Shift Lead will oversee store operations, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years' customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience opening and closing a retail store or restaurant
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices
- Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
