Job Description
High Voltage is seeking a Technical Game Designer to join their growing team. The role involves designing captivating experiences, leading implementation of gameplay components, and collaborating with design leaders to develop engaging gameplay experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of game design experience in the game industry.
- 1–2 years of experience with Unreal Engine 5 in a design or technical design capacity on production quality professional, academic, or personal projects.
- Proficiency with visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints (1-2 years).
- Familiar with coding principals including data types, logical operators, functions, and inheritance.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with an in-depth knowledge of gameplay mechanics and how to create engaging experiences for players.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher required
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
- Passion for video games.
