Technical Game Designer

High Voltage is seeking talented Technical Game Designers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll use your expertise in design tools, experience, and excellent sense of scale to enhance the quality of our projects and deliver fresh experiences that captivate players.

Requirements

• 3+ years of game design experience in the game industry, with a minimum of one shipped game.
• 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 5 in a design or tech design capacity
• Proficiency with visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints (2 years).
• Experience working on multiplayer games.
• Proven ability to create functional prototypes.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with an in-depth knowledge of gameplay mechanics and how to create engaging experiences for players.
• Technically skilled and capable of working independently in a small team environment as part of a larger team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
• Passion for video games.
