Use knowledge of a la carte cooking to create a finished product that is consistent with menu specifications and standards. Prepare food products using standard food preparation techniques. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one (1) year experience as line cook
• Six (6) months experience as pantry/prep cook
