Bookkeeping Specialist - Part-Time

HigherRing is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of bookkeeping experience and be proficient in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks. They will work remotely to support client bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience using bookkeeping software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
• Two-year accounting degree preferred
• Credentials/Certifications such as QB Pro Certification helpful
• A high degree of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal client and team communication skills
• Fluency in oral and written English; second language a plus
