The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, operations, and management of Highland Park Presbyterian Church's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and clean. The role will also involve supervising a team of facilities associates and managing budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in property management, engineering, or facilities management
- 3 years of experience in a related role managing a team
- Hands-on experience in maintenance a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train others and motivate team members
- Highly organized and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
